These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by CTRL Social (“we,” “our,” or “CTRL”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

CTRL Social provides strategic systems and support to help churches build effective digital ministry infrastructure.Our services may include:Digital ministry auditsContent and communication strategySermon amplification systemsVolunteer media team systems and workflowsEvent promotion strategiesDigital visitor pathwaysAnalytics dashboards and reportingTraining and advisory supportAll services are customized to each church or organization. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined during onboarding and confirmed in your individual agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful implementation, you agree to: Provide timely access to necessary accounts, tools, and materials. Communicate clearly and respond within a reasonable time frame. Assign a primary point of contact when applicable. Execute agreed-upon strategies internally (e.g., posting content, managing volunteers)CTRL Social is responsible for strategy and system design. Execution and consistency ultimately impact results.

3. Payment Terms

CTRL Social offers the following service structures:

One-Time Services

Includes Digital Ministry Audits and Connection at Scale Blueprint implementations. Fees vary based on scope and complexity (typically $1,000 – $6,000+)Payment is required prior to project start

Ongoing Advisory Services

Includes monthly strategy, optimization, and performance support. Billed monthly in advance. Pricing typically ranges from $1,000 – $3,000+ per month. All pricing is finalized in a written agreement prior to engagement. CTRL reserves the right to update pricing for future clients at any time. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current.

4. Results Disclaimer

CTRL Social does not guarantee specific growth outcomes. While our systems are designed to increase reach, engagement, and connection, results depend on factors including: Consistency of content execution. Volunteer participation. Local community dynamics. Platform algorithms and external conditions. We provide the structure and strategy—not guaranteed outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

All systems, frameworks, templates, and materials provided by CTRL Social are intended for use within your organization. You may not: Resell or distribute our systems or materials. Share proprietary workflows outside your organization without written permission. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the delivered systems internally.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality. We will protect your organization’s internal data and information. You agree not to share CTRL Social’s proprietary systems, strategies, or materials

7. Case Studies & Testimonials

CTRL Social may reference general results or project outcomes for educational or marketing purposes. No sensitive or identifying information will be shared without permission. You may request to opt out of any public reference in writing at any time

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds or adjustments may be considered only in cases of: Billing errors. Duplicate charges. Failure to deliver agreed-upon core services without reasonable resolution. Additional details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTRL Social is not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages. Loss of revenue, attendance, or expected outcomes. We provide strategic and operational support, not legal, financial, or pastoral counsel.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the individual agreement. Upon termination: Access to systems, documents, or ongoing support may be revoked. Any outstanding balances remain due

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
